ROC EYEWEAR LAUNCH | LARA BINGLE | INTERPRETATION | SUMMER 11/12

I wore Neuw Denim, shirt by Milk and Honey by Ruby Rose and vintage fur jacket.

The other night I attended the exclusive launch of ROC Eyewear's Summer 11/12 "Interpretation" collection at the Tom Dunne Gallery with Tania. Lara Bingle features as the face of ROC Eyewear in Pierre Toussaint's photographic works (lovee his work) for the campaign in a photo gallery exhibition. Lara will also be launching her co-designed range with ROC Eyewear later this year.

ROC Eyewear, that has recently been re-branded, has definitely a chosen a suitable candidate to up it's social and media status. Having the target market of men and women between 16-40, they believe Lara, as an Aussie summer icon, to be perfect for the brand and their strategy to refresh the label.

The "Interpretation" range is a 15 piece collection with 70's over sized and cat eye frames that are designed to accommodate both summer and winter. They will release in August and will be stocked in Glue, selected David Jones and also their online store. I just checked out their online store and they have really affordable price points, ranging from $59.95-$89.95 !

Lara really has put her fingers to do it all! Having been featured in a special edition of Oyster Magazine with two covers, done her rounds Dancing With The Stars and having recently opened Growlers Restraurant in Torquay, she is now the face of ROC with more to come! This includes releasing a co-designed eyewear range with ROC and appearances in a new series of Australia's Next Top Model. I had the opportunity to have a chat quick with her to see what else she has lined up. I discovered she has a couple of projects keeping her busy, with what I believe to be a jewellery line and swimwear line.

Keep tuned because it looks like you will be seeing a lot of Lara around!

On the night, a lover of a masculine touch, Lara dressed head to toe Josh Goot and Acne shoes.

As per usual check out my Facebook Page here for a few more images. I also added fun image that the cool guys at Life Without Andy snapped!
