These shorts are the best thing ever! In fact, shorts in general are the best thing ever!! I have been practically living in shorts for the last one week...It's the most functional thing in the rainy season...I hated to wash my denims everyday as they used to get soiled near the soles EVERY-F***ING-DAY! Now I just pull on a pair of shorts, a tee and some simple(read washable) flats and I am good to go! I made these shorts myself, check out the DIY tutorial HERE!!

As you can see, these pictures were not taken inside the four walls of my pg room but out in the open, under the sun, near a mall....and what does that mean?? My Aman is backkkk!!!!!!!! I have been going around with him almost everyday, watching movies, roaming in malls and shopping!!I finally shopped from a mall and not on a website!! His college will start next week so I don't know how often we will meet but I will make sure it's very very often ^_____^  I had missed my best friend so so much!!

The wrong crowd

I did not wear this outfit today, the pictures are of Monday when I took a terrible decision and went to visit Pacific mall in Tagore Garden! Guys, beware! Do not go there! The stores are amazing, they have many high end brands BUT the crowd is so wrong...SO SO WRONG!! All kinds of cheap street boys were unleashed there, and you WILL encounter creepy couples (no offence but once you see these couples, you will know what I am talking about!). No one was there to actually shop...NO ONE! they were all just roaming around creating chaos on MONDAY!I don't even want to think what would be the scene on Sunday :/  Poor Zara and Mango people MUST HAVE LOST THEIR FREAKING BRAINS!!!! 

P.S - Did you guys felt the earthquake yesterday??!! Man! It was so scary!! I was sitting on my bed working on my lappy (actually editing this post only, couldn't post it yesterday as I was too freaked out!) when suddenly the whole room started shaking with a scary rumbling sound...It took me almost 2 seconds to realize that it was an earthquake! And then I was too much stunned by fear that I just couldn't move until the whole thing stopped! I was shaky for the next one hour...I literally had my wallet ready in my hand and doors open so that I am ready if the tremors come back!!! I hope everyone is okay and this never ever happens again...Thank you Lord!!

Curly+Frilly = Girly!

I love experimenting! And I love mixing & matching...These few interests of mine often lead me to new interesting outfits. I washed my hairs and used my new Philips Salondry Pro Hairdryer with the diffuser nozzel. It was my first time, so I am pretty satisfied with the results (The curls were really low-maintenance and they lasted for 3 days!) The curls were giving me a girly feel so I decided to wear something that would match my mood (yeah, I wake up 2 hrs prior to my college time for all of this!! lol!). 

I had bought this skirt from Kazo almost 2 years back and wore it just once and never touched it again coz I didn't like it. But today things are different for me. I think now I can make many old pieces in my wardrobe to work for me and suit my style.So, I went ahead, mixed & re-mixed until I got the perfect look.I really like this outfit, it's really flirty & girly & smart, all at the same time.

Now that I go back and see the pictures, this outfit looks very similar to what Taylor Swift would wear. She is often seen sporting oxford shoes, girly and feminine dress & skirts, and obviously her pretty curly hair (mine doesn't even come near to her hair!! Hers are such pretty curls! *sigh* )...

Casual Outfit for Mall

I love my today's outfit, it's the most comfortable I have ever been. I have always kept this in my mind that fashion is never comfortable, your feet and arms have to bear the pain in one way or another. But sometimes, you can go easy on them, everyone deserves a holiday, right? Now, I am planning on buying some comfy cute flats, can't wear heels to college everyday. I am thinking oxfords....cute black ones or a printed floral one...
